The thesis contains a comparison and evaluation of all available options with a focus on leasing and loan financing according to the offers provided by specific banking and leasing companies. The merit of this thesis is to find and recommend for a company the most advantageous variant of how to finance this particular investment.
Effective Memory Management for Multi-Threaded Applications

This thesis describes design and implementation of effective memory management for multi-threaded applications. At first, the virtual memory possibilities are described, which can be found in the latest operating systems, such as Microsoft Windows and Linux. Afterwards the most frequently used algorithms for memory management are explained. Consequently, their features are used properly for a new memory manager. Final design includes particular tools for application debugging and profiling. At the end of the thesis a series of tests and evaluation of achieved results were done.

This diploma thesis describes the design and creation of an application used to track Project Manager allocation in the company IBM Global Services Delivery Center Czech Republic. The first chapter contains theoretical information needed to understand the content of the thesis, while the second chapter focuses on analyzing the current status of this area. The third chapter then explores the options on how to solve the identified problem, and the best alternative is then chosen and created.
Influence of Dynamic Bandwidth Allocation over Optical Network Unit

This thesis deals with DBA algorithms used in XG-PON networks. It describes reference appearance of the DBA algorithm, as well as, three specific DBA algorithms discussed in professional articles. Particularly speaking about GIANT, HYRA and modified Max-Min Fair DBA. The thesis provides description of frames utilized by DBA algorithms in XG-PON networks, specifically XGEM frame and XGTC frames. The thesis also presents a simulation tester of DBA algorithms tested on a virtual XG-PON network. Finally, it contains the results of testing these DBA algorithms with a description.

Regional distribution of development aid in Cambodia Abstract This bachelor thesis, examines development aid distribution in Cambodia, specifically focused on the distribution and allocation of development projects that target reproductive health and education. Within the introduction, the history and current situation in Cambodia is presented, followed by a discussion of current approaches to development aid. The reproductive health and education issues will also be examined as well as the continuing discourse of development aid allocation. The research analyses the relationship between development interventions and reproductive health or education indicators on provincial level. The main outcome in Cambodia's development aid only highlights the distribution of aid with regard to the level of development in several cases; allocation of aid is mostly influenced by other factors rather than recipient need. Distributive justice in the context of transplantation medicine

The thesis deals with the concept of distributive justice in the context of health care, whereas the main point of view is transplantation medicine. The field of transplantology has been globally struggling with the lack of resources, but unlike other medical sectors, the deficiency is not in financial resources, but life savings organs. The vital organs need to be distributed in a justifiable way among patients registered on waiting lists. The paper aims to explore different approaches to such allocation and to assess them from the legal and ethical perspective. The first part of the thesis introduces the concept of distributive justice with an emphasis on the right to health care. Further focus is on transplantation, with a brief description of the history of transplantation activities and the development of the whole society's perception of this method. Another part of the paper is devoted to the ethical discussion and associated controversial issues, especially to those that may potentially influence the general lack of organs. The next chapters describe current legislation on transplantation at international, European and national level, as a legal framework for the system of allocation criteria, on basis of which the distribution of organs takes place in practice.
